Want the short answer about who I am? I’m a fitness enthusiast, yoga instructor, fashion fanatic and lover of life.
I believe we all want to feel good about who we are, because the quality of the relationship with ourself impacts every relationship in our life – whether short or long – from the gas station clerk to our partner, our kids and our family. How we dress is an expression of self, and how confidently we express that is a reflection of the depth of that self worth. I seek to share my ways of feeling my best with all of you, and how that is manifested in what I eat, how I move my body and how I dress. My training as a yoga instructor will always be an undercurrent in my blog in hopes of inspiring my readers to live a more mindful, well life.
All we are in this moment is a culmination of our perception of our life thus far. Every piece of my past has shaped my creation of this blog and although it seems to be an overused term in this day and age, I’m thrilled to finally consider myself a “blogger”. After a lot of encouragement from friends and family, I decided to create a blog about being well from the inside out. My interest in fashion and fitness has deep roots, back to the age of 12 when I remember doing Jane Fonda tapes in the basement with my mother. Since then I’ve explored a myriad of forms of movement including teaching aerobics, running, weightlifting, and teaching spinning pilates and yoga. Fashion found me at a young age as I wandered around Limited Too through my internship in Paris with a fashion house during college. My love of travel will find itself interwoven in my posts — along with a lot of real life. After all, it’s all about balance.
Be well xo
